- Picture ID
- Proof of SS Number
- Meter Number (7-8 Numbers Below or Above Barcode On the Meter)
- Copy of Lease or Rental Agreement (We CANNOT accept rent receipts or phone calls. Must be a written and signed agreement by BOTH landlord and renters.)
- If buying, a proof of purchase settlement statement or warranty deed
