COVID-129 Response

Many families, businesses and individuals are struggling during this unprecedented time. EMCs throughout the state including Grady EMC adjusted their policies and suspended disconnects for non-payment nearly five months ago in response to the COVID-19 crisis.

As the pandemic stretches on with no end in sight, Grady EMC has to begin resuming disconnects and associated fees. We are asking our members to proactively contact Grady EMC to discuss options. Your Grady EMC is committed to working one-on-one with members who are affected to determine special payment arrangements where possible.
